How it works
Developed and manufactured by Schwing Technologies of Germany, the VacuClean® Thermal Cleaning system is a vacuum oven that performs both a pyrolysis and oxidation process under partial vacuum. The gentle removal of polymer and controlled oxidation provides a low-risk option for filter cleaning compared to traditional convection ovens.
What we do
From wire mesh and non-woven random fiber metal filter elements to bulky extruder screws and dies, VacuClean® is a highly effective process for removing polymers. Through a controlled pyrolysis and oxidation process, VacuClean® is used to remove both polyolefinic and poly-condensation polymers. Also, VacuClean® provides excellent removal of degraded residuals from filters and process equipment parts.
