Heather Bass, Vice President & General Manager

Heather Bass serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Process Equipment Cleaning Division at Carolina Filters, where she leads sales and operations with a focus on excellence and innovation.

Heather's journey at Carolina Filters began in 2020 serving in the roles of Technical Services Manager and Director of Technology and Business Development.  Prior to her time at Carolina Filters, Heather spent 15 years in the field of polymer manufacturing.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and three sons.
