Greg Hoffmann, Director of Operations

Gregory Hoffmann brings more than three decades of experience in operations. With a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, an MBA from the University of Tennessee, and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, he combines technical knowledge with a practical approach to making things work better. His background includes leading complex manufacturing processes and expanding plant capacity while improving safety, efficiency, and production. Most recently, he designed and oversaw the construction of a greenfield chemical plant.

Greg and his wife have four grown children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, fixing things, and turning ideas into projects.
