As the Engineering and Reliability Manager at Carolina PEC, Gary leads strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and implement innovative filtration and cleaning processes.

Gary began his career at Carolina PEC as an Industrial Technician, where he developed a strong foundation in maintenance practices and technical skills. Over the years, he progressed to Maintenance Manager and now serves in his current leadership role, focusing on innovation and strategic improvements. His areas of expertise include maintenance management, engineering solutions, and developing reliability strategies that ensure long-term success for clients and the industries served.
