Ellie Hicks joined Carolina Filters in March 2025, bringing over 13 years of extensive experience as a chemist in the pharmaceutical, specialty chemicals, and recycled PET polymer industries. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Chemistry from Ohio University.

Ellie is a dedicated mother of three who enjoys hunting, fishing, and live music in her free time. Originally from Florida, her true passion is diving, where she finds both adventure and tranquility beneath the waves.
